Tunisia: where to read the law

Tunisian legislation is published by the Imprimerie Officielle de la République Tunisienne in the JORT, in Arabic and French. The official site carries a searchable database of legislation but does not answer automated requests from outside the country, so a browser is required. There is very little free English-language material; French is the practical working language for a foreign researcher.

This is a directory, not a summary of the law. Nothing here tells you what a rule says - it tells you where the authoritative text lives so you can read it yourself. Links last checked .

1 of these sources did not answer an automated check. They are canonical and they open in a normal browser - the note on each says which case it is.
