Iraq: where to read the law
Iraq's Higher Judicial Council maintains a legislation database drawn from the Waqai Iraqiya gazette, with coverage reaching back to the early twentieth century. It is Arabic-only and sits behind a challenge that blocks automated access. The Kurdistan Region legislates separately in several areas, which a researcher working on a federal question has to account for; the research guides below are the honest place to start on that rather than a source that claims to cover both.
