Levant and North Africa
Primary material is overwhelmingly Arabic or French, official consolidation is patchy, and the English-language layer is thin and mostly commercial. This is where a directory is worth the most.

The Gulf
Government portals here are genuinely good and usually bilingual, so the official source is almost always the right first click. Several of them refuse automated requests, which is noted per link.

Cross-border work reaches these constantly. Nothing we would assemble improves on the established free sources, so these pages are short and point straight at them.
- European Union4EUR-Lex publishes all EU law in every official language, with consolidated versions and the full CJEU case law. Nothing improves on it.Where to read it
